Kathleen Waterloo received her BFA in 1996 from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work is represented in Chicago, Minneapolis, Washington DC, and Portland.
Select national exhibitions include New York, Texas, California, New Mexico, Florida, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Wyoming, and Virginia. International exhibitions include England, Canada, Greece, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Singapore, Italy, and Australia.

Prior to her pursuit of art, Waterloo had an 18 year career in interior architecture. Space planning and architectural elements influence her art-making.
